报告题目：Molecular phenology:  ‘in natura’ analyses of gene functions

报告人简介：

Hiroshi  Kudoh，日本京都大学生态学研究中心Kudoh实验室总负责人，在国际期刊上发表高水平论文70余篇，主要研究方向为植物适应和多样化的生态过程，采用分子生态学方法致力于野生十字花科的研究。目前主要的研究项目包括：自然环境下分子花期物候学、田间预测和调节的转录组学动态研究、日本植被的系统地理学和演化历史等。

Hiroshi Kudoh, group leader in Kudoh Laboratory,  Center for Ecological Research, Kyoto  University, Japan. The aim of his research  group is to study ecological processes in adaptation and diversification of  plants, applying the molecular ecological approach to study wild Brassicaceae.  The ongoing projects include molecular flowering phenology in natura, predicting  and regulating transcriptomic dynamics in the field, phylogeography and  evolutionary history of Japanese vegetation.
